Engineered PU foam packaging solutions, custom-designed to protect your products against impact, mishandling and transit damage.

About PerfectPak
Your Products. Our Responsibility.
PerfectPak began its journey in 2007 with a simple yet important vision: to minimize product damage during transportation through better protective packaging.
What started as an idea inspired by witnessing damaged products has evolved into a specialized protective packaging business focused on customized PU foam cushioning solutions.
We understand that every product is different. Its dimensions, weight, shape, fragility and transportation requirements determine the kind of protection it needs.
At PerfectPak, we engineer tailor-made foam cushioning solutions designed around your product, helping businesses transport valuable, delicate and precision-engineered components safely.
From automotive components and railway equipment to electrical products and precision engineering parts, we help protect what matters most.

Our packaging solutions
No two products are identical. Neither should their packaging be.
01Tailor-made foam inserts and cushioning designed according to the geometry, dimensions and weight of individual products.
02Engineered cushioning designed to absorb and distribute impact forces during transportation, handling and storage.
03Protection against scratches, dents, abrasion, deformation and other forms of transit damage.
04Specialized protective packaging for heavy, valuable and precision-engineered industrial components.
How we engineer protection
Understand product dimensions, weight, geometry, fragility, material characteristics and transportation conditions.
Determine the appropriate foam density, thickness, cushioning structure and product-specific configuration.
Evaluate the packaging through appropriate drop and impact testing to assess its protective performance.
Optimize the cushioning design and material utilization to make the packaging commercially viable without compromising the required protection.
Why PerfectPak
Every cushioning solution is tailored to the specific product.
Density and thickness are selected according to product requirements.
Designed to minimize shock, impact, dents, scratches and handling damage.
Optimize packaging costs while maintaining the required protection.
Packaging solutions can be evaluated through relevant drop and impact testing.
Long-term customer relationships and dependable support.
Industries we serve
Each sector brings its own risks in transit — from heavy castings to delicate glass and electronics. We design the cushioning around that risk.
Protection for gearboxes, alternators, headlights, precision parts and other valuable automotive components.
Customized packaging for sensitive railway signalling instruments, electrical assemblies and precision components.
Engineered cushioning for electronic assemblies, circuit boards and delicate electrical equipment.
Cavity-fit inserts for machined parts, castings and assemblies where surface finish and tolerances must survive handling.
Firm, locating cushioning for instruments and machine sub-assemblies that cannot tolerate movement inside the pack.
Gentle, non-abrasive cushioning for finished surfaces, irregular shapes and one-of-a-kind decorative pieces.
Testing & performance
A pack can look secure and still fail on the first corner drop. Real-world validation — dropping the packed product the way it is likely to be dropped in transit — is how we check that the cushioning does its job before it reaches your supply chain.
01 · Drop testing
Packaging can be evaluated through a 1.3-metre drop test, representing a typical commercial vehicle loading height, including vulnerable corner-impact conditions.
02 · Proven application example
PerfectPak has demonstrated a 15-foot drop test involving a railway headlight, with no visible scratch on the glass, as described by the company.
Test results depend on the product, its weight and geometry, the foam specification and the transport conditions. These examples illustrate our approach and are not a guarantee for every product.
